PPFF is a Halloween film festival that celebrates and pays homage to the terrifying genres that helped shape the conception of the festival. Our desire is to have vendors that reflect the same brand and ideals of the event.
Though this festival celebrates a very mature genre, be notified that children will be there for the first half of the festival.

PPFF is happy to be hosting it’s 4th annual Halloween film festival at the Carl House.
Having been built in 1903, Carl House is a perfect centerpiece of history to exist right within Carl Town.
It’s beautifully crafted infrastructure and design is a perfect backdrop usually used for weddings and galas. But… with a full moon in the sky and a chill in the wind, it transforms into the hauntingly horrifying home for Pumpkin Pictures Film Festival.
Its original Southern garden plan has been restored with the addition of an exquisite gazebo, which is where all of our vendors will be stationed.
